Can I keep my number?

Yes, you can keep your number. When transferring your number to us, we will treat this as a "port-in" request. After signing a digital authorization form, we will request a copy of your most recent statement, account holder information, and your account PIN if applicable. Some carriers have a transfer-out PIN too. On average, it may take 1-2 weeks to process your port request. Please note that we will charge $25 per port for local or toll-free numbers.
