How to manage enterprise faxing

Requirements: 

  1. DID Fax Number on your account
  2. Account enabled for enterprise faxing
  3. Username and password assigned
  4. PDF document (sending)
  5. Email address assigned to account for inbound

Configuring your account

Before faxing, make sure you have configured your account correctly. Sign on to your account: 
  1. Sign on to your enterprise portal.
  2. Go to Configuration page. 

Review and modify the following pages as necessary: 
  1. Users
  2. Users Permissions
  3. Authorized Emails
  4. Cover Pages
  5. Phone Book

Sending Faxes:

  1. Sign on to your enterprise portal.
  2. Choose Add Files and select PDF file from your device.
  3. Select your DID fax line assigned to your account.
  4. Add destination or recipient fax line.
  5. Choose email account that will be notified of status.
  6. If you have a custom cover page, select it. 
  7. Press Save and follow prompts to send.


Reviewing Sent Faxes

Go to Sent Faxes page to review a history of sent faxes



Receiving Faxes

When receiving faxes, the email assigned to the fax DID will receive the fax as a PDF attachment automatically. Also, you may sign on to the enterprise portal and manage the faxes there. 
  1. Provide your fax DID number to your customer. 
  2. Our system will answer the fax and convert the document to PDF.
  3. Expect to receive the fax to your registered email. 
  4. Sign on to the portal and go to Inbox
  5. You will see your received faxes here and option to delete the faxes.
